The Trans Youth Action Team (TYAT) is designed to encourage youth leadership, offer powerful representations of trans, nonbinary, and gender expansive people in our communities, and celebrate trans joy, connection, and our experiences.

Supported by trans educators and community organizers, the Trans Youth Action Team leads training sessions and workshops for schools and community groups, visit student clubs, and provides opportunities for leadership and advocacy in our local community. 

For the 2025-2026 school year, our team is transitioning (pun-intended) to become our Trans Youth Reps team due to funding changes.
